  1. Purchase the pass online today.
    On January 2, you’ll receive an email containing your pass.
  2. Upload the pass portfolio to your smartphone.
    This grants you instant access to 800+ attractions in 14 major U.S. cities.
  3. Scan a city pass to activate it and begin your adventure!
    Once your mobile Go City pass is activated, simply show it at your chosen attraction—and you’re in.

How many Go EVERYWHERE passes are available?

Only 100 Go EVERYWHERE passes are being made available. Travelers who aren’t among the first 100 purchasers can sign up for exclusive deals and news by entering your email below.

What does the Go EVERYWHERE pass include?

The Go EVERYWHERE pass gives travelers access to every attraction, tour, and experience—more than 800 in total—included in Go City’s 14 individual U.S. passes. This special, limited-edition pass is available for use throughout 2020. It gives users the flexibility to choose their travel dates and the convenience of an easy-to-use digital pass portfolio—one for each city—that can be uploaded to their smartphone wallet.

Does the Go EVERYWHERE pass include public transportation?

The Go EVERYWHERE pass does not include public transport. But some attractions do take you around the city to popular attractions, like the Hop-On Hop-Off Big Bus Tours.

What is the age range?

The Go EVERYWHERE pass is for ages 3+.

How do the All-Inclusive 5-day passes work? What attractions are included?

You can visit as many included attractions as you like while your All-Inclusive pass is valid. You can visit each attraction once per day unless otherwise noted in your destination guidebook. Once the Oahu pass is activated, you'll have 14 calendar days (not 24-hour periods) to redeem each day that your pass is valid for. For example, if you have a three-day pass and activate it on the first day of your vacation, you'll then have 13 calendar days to use the remaining two days of your pass. Once the San Diego pass is activated, your pass will be valid for the number of consecutive calendar days (not 24-hour periods) indicated on your pass. For example, if you have a three-day pass and you visit your first attraction on Monday afternoon, your pass will be valid for the remainder of that Monday and the following two calendar days (Tuesday and Wednesday).

How do the Explorer 5 Choice passes work? What attractions are included?

With the Explorer pass, you can visit the five attractions you're interested in seeing. Once you've activated your pass by visiting an attraction, you'll then have up to 30 days to visit the rest. There's no need to choose which attractions you'd like to see before you purchase the card, you can pick and choose any of the Explorer attractions as you go. This means you can change your mind and wait and see what you feel like in the moment.

Do I need to make reservations to enter attractions?

Most attractions will let you scan your pass and go straight in, but a few will require reservations beforehand. Please check the individual attraction pages to see whether you'll need to make a reservation.

Can I visit the same attraction more than once?

With the All-Inclusive pass, you can visit each attraction once per day for the duration of your pass. If you have an Explorer pass, you'll be able to visit your selected attractions once.

Can I skip the line with a Go EVERYWHERE pass?

You'll get skip-the-ticket-line access to select attractions with your Go EVERYWHERE pass. Each attraction will specify whether this exclusive privilege is included with admission.

Getting my passes

Who do I contact if I have trouble purchasing?

If you have trouble purchasing a Go EVERYWHERE pass, please ensure that you're using the correct billing address as listed on the bank statement for that payment method. If issues persist, please contact our customer services team using the contact support information listed below.

How will I receive my Go EVERYWHERE pass?

You'll receive the Go EVERYWHERE pass digitally via email after you've purchased. Passes will be delivered to buyers on January 2 when they can upload their passes to the Go City app (available on the App Store and Google Play) or a smartphone digital wallet.

Can I use my confirmation email to enter attractions?

Your confirmation email will contain instructions on how to download your pass and start scanning it for admission.

How do I activate my Go EVERYWHERE pass?

Easy: simply visit your first attraction to activate your Go EVERYWHERE pass.

How long does a Go EVERYWHERE pass last?

If you have an All-Inclusive pass, it will be valid for 5 days worth of attraction visits. Once you activate your pass, you'll have 14 calendar days (not 24-hour periods) to redeem each day that your pass is valid for.

If you have an Explorer pass, it will be valid 30 days from first use, so you'll have more time to visit your attractions.

Can other people use my Go EVERYWHERE pass?

No. Once a pass is activated (by using it at an attraction), it can only be used by that individual. Passes cannot be re-sold or used by more than one person.
